I have been enjoying the wonderful food at G & R for years. We frequently take out of town guests here. Just this week, some friends from out of town were visiting again and they wanted to have dinner at G & R. The salsa is delicious and the classic Mexican food selections never disappoint.

I'VE BEEN COMING TO G & R RESTAURANT FOR 20 YEARS. FOOD IS VERY GOOD. THE STAFF IS VERY QUICK. ALEX AND GEORGE ARE THE BEST WAITERS ALL AROUND. JUST ASK AND U WILL BE TREATED WITH RESPECT!!!!!

Love the green enchiladas with chicken... the home made lemonade is super good... made from scratch....

The best authentic Mexican food in El Paso Texas by far .5 star i have been doing 30 plus years now and still to this day . It's the best place to eat good authentic Mexican food in El Paso Texas. Great service great ownership good people.

If it was really good the staff was very accommodating intimate little restaurant for a couple to go sit down and eat

The food and service were great. It has a nice relaxing atmosphere, although we were there after the lunch rush. This was always one of my favorite places when I was in college. I hadn't been there for years but I stopped in for a late lunch with a friend and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. There is a reason why this place has been around for almost sixty years. Great food, great service, and reasonable prices. What more could you want?

The chicken fajitas were great my friend had cheese enchiladas that were wonderful and the salsa they serve at the table is out of this world

Complimentary chips and salsa as your sitted. Extensive Mexican menu to include soups. Great customer service and the food is authentic and great tasting. Very popular with the locals and business people during lunch.

I have a dairy allergy, and the manager, Patty, was very accommodating and super sweet! The food was very good. I wasn't a huge fan of the enchilada sauce, but the salsa made it very yummy. We also had a very large group, and our service was still excellent.

Chile rellenos and refried beans are the best in town!
